GRAPHENE ELECTRIC CAR BATTERIES

Graphene of America / GOA recently announced the successful completion of one of the world's first graphene batteries for automobile application. In the news release, Graphene of America, one of Americas leading graphene research and development companies, has been working on advanced graphene batteries designed specifically for applications to improving the range and lowering the weight of batteries needed for electric cars. Apparently these new graphene batteries are about half the weight of regular batteries due to the increased strength and lightness of graphene. Graphene of America headquarter location in California provides them the opportunity to work in concert with some of the world's best known electric automobile manufacturers who will be instrumental in the testing of GOA's new Graphene Battery technology. We understand that some of these advanced batteries are presently going through beta testing in actual vehicles and we will keep you updated on the results of these tests.

According to our sources, although no pictures of these batteries have been released, these Advanced Graphene Batteries are of an entirely new design, quite unlike any ordinary battery and apparently packs quite a punch as they are, pound for pound, twice a powerful as current batteries. Obviously this will eventually mean that electric cars can easily shed a few hundred pounds by having this lighter battery pack and, of course, lighter weight in an electric vehicle translates to better performance and longer range between charging. Graphene of America is not yet releasing information about its design, other than say it is quite unique and of course proprietary, as are all their graphene projects.

 

GRAPHENE BODY ARMOR

Graphene of America has been working with leading manufacturers to create effective, light and strong graphene body armor for the U.S. military and Police Force. According to our source, Graphene of America is expected to test it's new Graphene Body Armor by the middle of this year. The goal has been to create much lighter and stronger graphene body armor than currently available. Apparently some of the current body armor for the military can weight as much as 40 pounds and are inflexible. GOA has been successful in creating a totally new design for their forthcoming body armor that is not only much lighter and stronger, but remarkably the new design plus the uniqueness of Graphene allows for a flexible design that is much more comfortable that the current technology. GOA expects their their new armor will be instrumental in saving many lives when put into the hand of the police and the U.S. military.

 

GRAPHENE RESEARCH & APPLICATION

Graphene of America in conjunction with it's global graphene network, is exploring the leading edge of graphene research and graphene application. Unlike some research institutions, Graphene of America believes that graphene research should be used to produce graphene products and solutions to major global challenges. Among the many Graphene projects engaged in by GOA, Water Desalination is probable the longest term research project and the most difficult; however, it is possible the globes most pressing challenge, the creation of pure fresh water from salt sea water using only graphene as a primary filter. GOA research has proven that utilizing graphene technology will eventually result in a practical graphene desalination filter that will provide unlimited fresh water for the world. It is however a long and unfortunately expensive research project with no end date in sight, just small milestones of success. Graphene of America with its global partners expects to be part of this global solution.

 

CURRENT GRAPHENE PRODUCTS

Graphene of America, in concert with it's global partners, is currently creating a number of graphene consumer products, ranging from sports equipment, like graphene golf clubs to graphene skateboards. Graphene of America is using its proprietary hybrid graphene technology to make these products stronger, lighter and better. Among the more interesting graphene projects in the sports equipment line is GOA's new Graphene Bicycle. A bicycle that is substantially lighter and stronger than even carbon fibers. T accomplish this Graphene of America developed an entirely new graphene hybrid substance to complete a bicycle design never before possible with ordinary materials.

 

GRAPHENE WATER DESALINATION

Graphene of America is, in conjunction with its global divisions and global partners applying it's proprietary graphene technology towards an effective graphene desalination filtration system; however, as James Baker, head of Manchester University National Graphene Institute can verify, the road to a successful and cost effective graphene desalination filter is a challenging and expensive project. We do nevertheless devote a portion of our research toward creating a practical graphene desalination filter, since it is critical for the future of our planet to solve the critical shortage of fresh water around the world today and growing even more desperate each day. Millions of people will eventually die from shortages of fresh water and when existing underground water reserves are depleted, millions more will die from lack of food as water is no longer available to grow crops.

The millions being spent on solving this desalination technology is minute in comparison to the millions who will die from us not solving this now. Graphene of America spending our own resources to find a solution in time to prevent this disaster,; however, we need to do much more and we invite American graphene scientist along with scientists Universities, Foundations and Institutions across the globe to join in Graphene Valley and help solve this Global Challenge together.
